Parrot Jungle is a beautiful tropical garden with over 3,000 exotic animals, including 1,100 birds, plus turtles, alligators and other reptiles and amphibians, as well as 500 species of plants. Be sure to see the rare albino alligator and a 21-foot crocodile. Jungle Theater is an open-air arena featuring wildlife. The 1,200-seat Parrot Bowl features world-famous bird shows, including roller-skating antics. Manu Encounter is an aviary featuring more than 200 parrots and macaws. The Everglades Habitat has recreated South Floridas river of grass and its wildlife. After almost 70 years in South Miami, in 2003 Parrot Jungle was moved to Watson Island near Miami Beach and is now named Parrot Jungle Island.
